I made a quick trip to visit my parents who were camping on Lake Roosevelt in Washington, just south of Grand Forks. The lake is the endowment of Grand Coulee Dam. As the water seasonally rises and falls, the sandy shores colaspes into the lake causing these unique and dramatic bluffs.
